July 28th - July 2nd, 2008 Ingham County Fair Grounds, Mason Ingham County is planning its 154th Annual Fair. This event involves families from all over the county from Lansing to Stockbridge. The Fair plays a very important role in the community and the county. To have a successful Fair, the Fair Board works very closely with the 4-H and FFA Clubs in the area to give young people from age 5 to 19 the opportunity to display skills learned through their club, and to earn recognition for their work at the Fair. The Fair also provides a way for many artisans and collectors to demonstrate their talents. The Fairgrounds are maintained and rented during the off-season for horse shows, sports shows, R.V. shows, automotive sales, rabbit shows, dog shows, craft shows and equipment consignment auctions, all bringing thousands of visitors to the region.
